Shipping Policy

We do our best to accurately estimate when items will ship from our facility and when they will be delivered to their destination. Estimated shipping time frames and shipping days are based on several factors like destination address, quantity, etc.


Each order must go through a credit approval process and then be sent for shipping. Orders are packed and shipped Monday – Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 10-15 business days from the order date. If you have a custom order then the order will be shipped according to the time give to you in communication. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping time begins when the ship starts sailing with material. Your shipment will arrive according to the time given by the shipping line which will be informed to you.

Shipping options

We provide two options for shipping:-

1. Through parcel carriers for small quantity and
2. Through shipping line if the ordered material quantity is large.

Orders placed via any shipping option are not guaranteed to be delivered within a certain timeframe. However, an estimate of reaching time will be informed to you. The estimated shipping time does not include the amount of time it takes for processing.

 Shipping Cost:
Shipping rates vary by destination, carrier, and rates from shipping line. You need to send your order online and we will provide you shipping cost via email only.

Tracking Your Order

When do I get my tracking email?

After your order has processed and shipped, you should expect to receive a Shipping Confirmation email. This email will have your Order ID Number, your final order amount, the shipping method and carrier, and your Tracking Number or shipping line details.
